RUN ! RUN ! FROM THE CITY

Dear kalai,  
 
        How are you getting on? I received your initial letter a fortnight ago and I nearly jumped out of my skin to hear about your exciting vacation to Penang.My family and I were all in pink.I hope you are in hale and hearty.  
 
        I wrote this letter to tell you about my terrefic moment as i went to Pulau Redang recently.The trip was suggested by my mum as we were all too busy with our own matter.Furthermore,we planned to run away from the hectic city and the endless works!This trip gave us an oppurtunity to spend our time together and closer our bond indeed.  
 
            We started our journey early in the morning.Joy and excitement were all ours on that day! We were tired as it is a long jorney but we were all fired up as we could see a beautiful scenery along the beach and the swaying of the palms that awaited us.  
 
         My happiness knew no bound when we stopped at the beach before we check-in to the hotel.My brothers and I were all swimming excitedly while our parents just lazing in the sun.Later in the afternoon, we went to the hotel and took a nap before the adventures that we planned to do begun.  
 
            My shopaholics mother was on the cloud nine as there are countless of kiosks! We bought some souvenirs and t-shirts. I bought something for you! I will give it to you when you pay a visit here on this school holdays.We decided to do away with the usually holiday hullabaloo, so we planned to relax and enjoying the day. We went to the beach,sitting on the bench under a shady tree and chatting to each other.Strumming of guitar attracted my attention and I was suprised to see my dad started singing    a catchy tune.I didn't know that my dad can play a guitar! I was stunned!  
 
         We packed to back home on the next day.It is truly the best trip I ever had.The memories were glued in our hearts and souls.You should go to the Pulau Redang as you can feel the tranquility and ran from the traffic jams and noises that characterise the city life. oh! the nature calls. I got to go.. send my regards to your beloved family.Bye!
